Inside Sales Representative

Job Location: Broomfield, CO

This person will contribute to our success by cultivating and building client relationships. This individual will analyze potential growth opportunities and serves as the internal advocate for clients. Travel as necessary.


  • Grow the business with new clients in existing channels and to develop new channels
  • Cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or in-bound marketing leads
  • Act as an internal advocate for the client and serve as the interface between all teams within the company
  • Analyze clients for expansion possibilities
  • Anticipate potential/additional strategies
  • Solicit the client to expand machine categories
  • Role owns the sales process through the execution of the contract. Then coordinates and transitions all pertinent information to Client Services
  • Update system information, as needed, to ensure database integrity, including maintaining monthly payee masters and client tracking systems
  • Preparing and analyzing data, as requested
  • Travel to meet with clients, when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing customers
• A minimum of 2 (two) years’ inside sales experience preferred
